Routing is where facades get their character: perforation patterns that read from the street, routed v-grooves for crisp folds, signage-grade profile cuts. Our large-format routers cut aluminium composite and solid plate to tolerances tight enough for patterns to match across a whole elevation.
We prove patterns digitally before metal is cut, nest panels for minimum waste, and route penetrations and fixing points in the same pass so nothing is drilled by eye on site. The result is detail that survives from render to installed facade, as on the sculptural exterior of HOTA Gallery.
