Every rectification starts with knowing exactly what is on the wall. We identify and sample the existing panels, test them to AS 1530.1 and AS 1530.3, and map the risk across the building before a single fixing comes loose. From there the scope is engineered around the building's structure, occupancy and architecture, so the replacement system upgrades the facade rather than patching it.
Removal is staged so the building stays operational: residents stay home, businesses keep trading. Non-conforming ACP is stripped, disposed of responsibly, and replaced with solid aluminium systems fabricated in our own plant. A building industry professional certifies the work with Form 34, and the building exits the combustible cladding register for good.
